| Description:
The clinical support staff is responsible for offering a support service and ensuring volunteer well-being and safety, all while adhering to required timeframes. MAIN TASKS : Activities carried out must adhere to the policies, study protocols, procedures, standard operating procedures, GLP/GCP regulations and regulatory organization standards relative to their division/service at Anapharm inc. 1. Supports clinical employees in achieving their tasks. 2. Ensures the well-being of volunteers/subjects and ensures the safety of volunteers and employees if necessary in an emergency situation. 3. Ensures that restrictions are enforced (cigarettes, water). 4. Receives volunteers (updates file, checks identification). 5. Distributes and monitors subject meals. 6. Performs all general assistance such as labelling, study arrangements, checking personal belongings. 7. Ensures that the clinical units are maintained. 8. Performs general errands. 9. Helps prepare receptacles for study samples. 10. Can be called upon to perform certain tasks belonging to the clinical technician.
