The clinical technician is responsible for offering a quality customer experience while ensuring volunteer/subject well-being and safety, and adhering to required timeframes.

MAIN TASKS:

Activities carried out must adhere to the policies, study protocols, procedures, standard operating procedures, GLP/GCP regulations and regulatory organization standards relative to their division/service at Anapharm inc.

1.Ensures the well-being of volunteers:

a.Ensures that adverse events are gathered and documented.

2.Supports the nursing personnel in acheiving their tasks.

3.Measures vital signs.

4.Measures physiological data (weight, height, bone structure).

5.Performs electrocardiograms.

6.Performs alcohol breath tests and collects urine samples (excluding blood samples or any other sample collection requiring a medical skill) and processes the samples.

7.Administers the study medication.

8.Can be called upon to perform the tasks belonging to the clinical support staff.

• Education: College Degree in sciences
• Computer knowledge: Word, Excel
• English (level): Required bilingualism includes understanding various messages, exchanging verbally on subjects related to the tasks to be executed, and writing simple messages.
